history. She was built in 1896 in Kincumber, northern NSW. She measures 115'
overall with a 22' beam. Her buider George Frost had 22 ships to his credit and
Defender was considered his best.
Defender has been beautifully restored by Tall Ship Adventures
and joined the Aussie Adventure Sailing fleet of overnight sailing
vessels.
